At Wrapping Pros, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized vehicle wraps and related services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a service has been rendered or a product has been delivered.

2. Customized Services

Each project is tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, custom designs, color selections, and material choices. As such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any customized services or products.

3. Quality Assurance

We are committed to excellence and stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. If you believe there is a defect or issue with the service provided, please contact us within 5 business days of completion. We will assess the concern and, if deemed appropriate, offer a resolution at our discretion.

4. Exceptions

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Any exceptions to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of Wrapping Pros and must be documented in writing.
